My name is Marta, and I am a Polish-born hair extension artist with a lifelong connection to beauty and craftsmanship. Growing up in a region of Europe known for its exceptionally high standards in aesthetics, I developed an eye for precision, symmetry, and natural elegance long before I ever held a keratin bond in my hands.

Before becoming a full-time stylist, I spent years working in the cosmetic industry in PR and marketing, where I learned how deeply quality, transparency, and education shape the beauty world. But it was my own experience as an extension client—paired with my perfectionism as an artist—that sparked the idea behind The Hair Brand.

Being born in Poland gives me direct access to the finest, most exclusive single-donor Slavic hair available on the global market. This access, combined with my technical background, made it clear that the American market was missing something essential: true, unprocessed, authentic hair that behaves and moves like your own.

Together with my partner—Nick - who is the logistics, structure, and business brain behind the brand—we became the head, heart, and engine of The Hair Brand. Our mission is simple:

to elevate the extension industry in the United States by offering stylists hair that meets the same standards expected across Europe.

For years, the market here has been oversaturated with over-processed Asian hair, silicone coatings, and misleading marketing. We decided it was time for a shift. A time to bring real quality, real longevity, and real transparency to stylists who deserve better—and to clients who expect more.
