At The Hair Brand, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the tamper-evident zip tie remains intact.

You are welcome to gently inspect the hair upon delivery — including washing it once — to assess quality before deciding.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The hair must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must be included

  • The tamper-evident zip tie must not be removed or damaged

Our return window is 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

How to Initiate a Return

Please reach out to our support team to request a return:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide full instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not ship items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will review the issue and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the item you’d like instead once your return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

        Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

        Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund has not appeared, please contact us at support@gmail.com
