Order Processing & Shipping Days

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

You can select the shipping method that best suits your needs:
● Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
● Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
 
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Delivery Responsibility

The Hair Brand is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the package.

Shipping Costs

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once an order has been shipped.
