Shipping Policy – The Hair Brand

Order Processing & Shipping Days

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed before 3 PM are shipped the same business day. 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

You can select the shipping method that best suits your needs:
● Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
● Expedited Shipping: varies
 
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Delivery Responsibility

The Hair Brand is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the package.

Shipping Costs

We ship via UPS with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is $20.
Expedited shipping is available upon request and is quoted individually based on the delivery ZIP code.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or notice an error in the information provided during checkout, please contact us immediately via our website contact form at support@thehairbrand.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once an order has been shipped.
